This book represents a compilation of more than 30 years of contributions and columns by Seth L. Haber, MD, FCAP, as printed in the CAP's journal publications, most currently CAP TODAY. The “Innovations in Pathology” column holds the record as the longest-thriving column in American medicine. It appeared briefly in Laboratory Medicine in 1969, found a home in Pathologist in 1970, and was reborn in CAP TODAY in 1987.
